The biggest problem my salespeople face is this; we have a product that makes sense to most people, we're unique in the insurance industry, we're best in class according to everyone, but our salespeople continue to sell on an intellectual level - if there is one thing all salespeople agree on is that people buy emotionally and justify their decisions intellectually.
