It’s time to take charge, stand up, raise your hand, question the status quo and move outside your comfort zone. Success comes to those that are in the game, and not watching from the sidelines.
This 10 session program is for you if you're:
Tired of seeing others (men and women) getting ahead… it’s not your lack of competence or hard work…you just can’t figure out what they’re doing that you’re not…but it’s time you did something about it.
Embarrassed that you continue to choose being liked over being assertive and respected…it’s hurting your confidence, your pride and your success.
Concerned that you’re holding yourself back in ways big and small. What is it that has you pulling back when you should be leaning in?
Comfortable driving an idea, project or team, but uncomfortable with how the team perceives you. There’s got to be a better way…
What you will learn:
How to lead people, a company, or your life’s journey with head, heart & hands.
How to advocate for yourself…gracefully.
How to know when to raise your hand…and keep it up!
How to develop a communication style that is crisp, focused, and gets results (grit) AND fits your personal style and brand (grace).
How to embrace the joy of taking risks, choosing growth, challenging yourself, and asking for what you want in all aspects of your life.
